These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Little Caesars KSA website and app, and orders placed directly through them. The service is operated by BAZBAZA INTERNATIONAL TRADING CO. LTD. ("Little Caesars KSA", "we", "us" or "our"). Our business and contact details appear in section 19.

These terms are available for reference through a link on our website and within our ordering app menu. Please review them before using the service or placing an order. Your statutory rights remain protected. Opening this page, browsing or placing an order does not, by itself, provide any separate consent required for optional personal-data processing.

You must have the legal capacity to place an order, or act with the appropriate authorization of your parent or legal guardian. Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment details, and keep any account credentials and verification codes secure. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You must not use the service for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, interference with our systems, or misuse of promotions. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address such conduct or protect the service, subject to applicable law and without removing your rights relating to existing orders or refunds.

Menus, products, sizes, prices, offers and opening hours may vary by branch and order channel. Availability is subject to the selected branch and time of ordering. Product photographs are illustrative; the description and selections shown for your order identify what you are purchasing. We will not make a material substitution without your agreement.

Please review available ingredient and allergen information and contact the branch before ordering if you have an allergy or specific dietary requirement. Shared preparation areas and equipment may create a risk of cross-contact. An order note alone does not confirm that a dietary request can be met. This does not limit our food-safety obligations or your statutory rights.

Check your selected branch, products, quantities, customizations, delivery address or pickup choice, and total price before confirming. An acknowledgement that an order has been received is not necessarily confirmation that it has been accepted. Acceptance is communicated through the order confirmation or status in the service. Payment authorization or collection alone does not establish acceptance.

If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because an item is unavailable or the address is outside the delivery area, we will contact you about available options or cancellation. If we cancel for a fulfilment failure attributable to us or our delivery provider, we will refund the amounts paid for the unfulfilled order, including applicable delivery charges. Delivery failures caused solely by incorrect customer information are addressed in section 7.

Prices are in Saudi riyals (SAR). The applicable product prices, VAT, delivery charges and any other payable fees will be disclosed before you confirm your order. Pay only through the methods offered by the service and use a payment method you are authorized to use.

Price changes apply to future orders and do not retrospectively change the agreed price of an accepted order. If we identify a pricing or description error affecting your order, we will explain it and seek your agreement to any correction, or cancel and refund where permitted by law. We will not charge an increased amount without your agreement.

Delivery areas, branch hours, fees and estimated fulfilment times are displayed through the service. Estimates may be affected by preparation, demand, traffic or other circumstances. We will inform you of material delays or difficulties affecting your order; your rights under any agreed delivery commitment and applicable law remain unaffected.

Provide a complete, accurate address and a reachable telephone number, and be available to receive the order. For pickup, attend the selected branch at the communicated time and provide the order reference where requested. If delivery or pickup cannot be completed, contact us promptly so we can discuss appropriate arrangements and any applicable remedy.

If an order has already been prepared or dispatched and delivery fails solely because you supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, an incorrect contact number or other materially inaccurate delivery information, you remain responsible for the full order amount, including the agreed delivery charges, and no refund will be due, to the extent permitted by law. This applies only where we have made reasonable efforts to contact you and complete delivery, and neither we nor our delivery provider caused the failure. Contact us promptly to correct any error; we will accommodate corrections where reasonably possible. Any statutory rights to correct an error, cancel or obtain a refund remain unaffected.

For pickup orders, you are responsible for selecting the correct branch, providing accurate contact details and collecting your order within the collection time or window communicated when ordering. If we correctly prepare the order and make it available at that branch as agreed, but it remains uncollected solely because you do not attend or you provided incorrect information, you remain responsible for the full order amount and no refund is due for non-collection, to the extent permitted by law. This does not apply where non-collection results from our failure to prepare or make the order available as agreed, or affect any mandatory consumer rights.

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change an order. We will confirm whether the request can be accommodated based on its preparation and delivery status. Once preparation has begun, cancellation solely because you change your mind may not be available. This does not exclude any cancellation or refund right required by law.

Food-service orders are among the exceptions to the general seven-day change-of-mind cancellation right under the Saudi E-Commerce Law. This exception does not remove your rights concerning defective, unsafe, incorrect or undelivered orders, or other remedies required by law.

Please check your product, size, quantity, customizations and pickup-branch selections before confirming. If you select the wrong items or branch and we have already prepared the order correctly according to your confirmed selections, no refund is due solely because of that selection error, to the extent permitted by law. Contact us immediately if you notice an error; we will accommodate corrections where reasonably possible. This does not cover an error made by us, defective or unsafe food, or limit any statutory right to correct an electronic-order error, cancel or obtain a refund.

If an order is incorrect, incomplete, not delivered, or raises a food-quality or safety concern, contact us as soon as reasonably possible using section 19, with your order number and details of the issue. Where available, photographs can help us investigate. We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with applicable law. A replacement or store credit will not replace a legally required refund without your agreement.

Approved refunds will be initiated promptly, within any applicable mandatory legal deadline, and returned through the original payment method where possible, unless another lawful method is agreed with you. In exceptional cases, a payment-processing issue outside our reasonable control may cause the funds to appear in your account more than 14 days after your refund request. We will communicate the expected timeframe, provide available refund tracking information and follow up on delays with the payment provider. This does not extend any mandatory refund deadline or limit your statutory rights.

Offers and promotional codes are subject to the specific conditions disclosed with them, such as participating branches, eligible products, validity dates, minimum spend and usage limits. Additional conditions will be made available before participation or purchase. We may prevent fraudulent use, but this does not permit us to remove an offer already validly applied to an accepted order contrary to applicable law.

We may send communications needed to provide a requested service, such as verification codes, order confirmations, delivery updates, payment or refund notices, and important account-security messages, where permitted by law. These service communications are limited to their necessary purposes.

With your separate, prior and optional consent, we may send Little Caesars KSA offers and advertising messages through your selected channels. You can opt out at any time free of charge, and we will stop the relevant advertising messages immediately. Details are explained in our Privacy Policy. Browsing, placing an order or viewing these terms does not, by itself, provide advertising consent.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected and processed, the relevant purposes and legal bases, retention, service-provider disclosures and any international transfers, and your rights and how to exercise them. Please read it when providing your information. These terms do not replace the Privacy Policy or any separate consent required by law. Please refer to that policy for information about advertising messages and related preferences.

Information about cookies and similar technologies, their purposes and available controls is provided in our Privacy Policy and any cookie notice. Optional tracking that requires consent will be subject to a separate choice; continued browsing alone is not used as a substitute for that choice.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use our website and app for their intended personal purposes, subject to these terms. Our branding, software and content belong to their respective owners. You must not commercially exploit them, remove ownership notices or interfere with the service, except where permitted by applicable law.

If you voluntarily send feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve our services without an obligation to pay for them, unless otherwise agreed. You retain ownership of your original materials. Any personal data in a submission remains subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Orders placed through independent delivery or ordering platforms are also subject to the terms disclosed by those platforms for their own services. Use the relevant platform support process where it handles the transaction. Links to external sites do not mean we control their content or privacy practices. Our own obligations and your mandatory rights remain unaffected.

We take reasonable steps to maintain the digital service, but maintenance, technical faults or events beyond reasonable control may interrupt it. We may update features or temporarily restrict access where necessary. This does not cancel our obligations for accepted orders, refunds or applicable consumer and food-safety requirements.

Each party remains responsible to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes any mandatory consumer, privacy or food-safety right or remedy.

We may revise these terms and will publish the updated version and date. We will give any notice required by law and communicate material changes appropriately. Changes do not retrospectively alter an accepted order or create consent for optional personal-data processing. Where a change requires fresh consent, we will request it separately.

These terms and orders made under them are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Please contact us first if you would like us to help resolve a concern. This does not prevent you from submitting a complaint to a competent Saudi authority or bringing a claim before a competent Saudi court, and does not impose a waiting period before exercising those rights.

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision does not by itself waive it. The English and Arabic texts are intended to have the same meaning; please contact us if you identify a discrepancy. Mandatory Saudi legal requirements prevail over any inconsistent wording.
